Dried Herbs and Spices

Ground and powdered spices last about a year before they start losing their flavour. They are very convenient in the kitchen. Dried whole spices will remain flavourful for 3 or more years if kept in a airtight container, in the dark, and  at cool room temperatures (below 18°C). All of the herbs and spices I offer will have been  grown only a couple months or weeks before and are the freshest you can find anywhere.
